This program enables you to use your Nokia 5800 phone as a Webcam.

There are 2 connection types for your choice:
1> Bluetooth
2> Wifi (New) Currently you only use it with Wifi only, the Bluetooth connection option fails (due to unknown errors).

Instructions for use (WIFI connection)

Connect your phone to your PC, connect to the Internet with WIFI..

- Load compressed file and run file: SmartCam_v1_3.exe toinstall on your computer. Once Installation is complete – open up the program.
- Copy file: SmartCamS60v5_v1_3.sis to your phone and install.
- On the PC: After running PC applications on the File tab select settings -> select Connetion in the TCP / IP (Wifi) Port:9361.
- On the Phone:

Running SmartCam applications.
Items + Options -> Connect -> TCP / IP (WiFi).
+ Server name (this is important): You enter the IP number of your PC.
+ Application will ask you to connect to the Internet, choose to connect to the internet with WIFI.

Nokia 5800 Freeze Problem

You can use Nokia 5800 Hard Reset procedure to solve freezing problem. Nokia 5800 set come with a hrad reset key. The key combination for a hard reset, “3″ , “*” and “cal”’ pressed while powering up,but you can apply this key combination of Nokia 5800 Touch because it has no keys. You can use alternative method to hard reset Nokia 5800: Press and hold GREEN + RED + CAMERA when powering up. Keep the keys pressed until you get the shaking hands. That should fully reset the device, with a lock code of 12345. This is only available on phones with 20.0.012 or later. Removing flash card and battery tricks desn’t work. So you have to hard reset nokia 5800 to solve the freeze problem.

Answer dalay time for IVRs can be set in each profile.
Lists can contain – symbol as wildcard. Like 0044- will match 00441, 004411 and so on…
Contacts can be imported to lists from phonebook or call logs. When importing from phonebook, you can quick serach contacts on the importing screen now.
Add houseclean functions for managing contacts in lists. Like sort by phone number, sort by name, delete multiple contacts.
Add houseclean functions for managing voicemails or recorded conversations. Like auto delete voicemails they are some days ago, delete multiple voicemails once.

IVCM/PhonePilot v2.51, was released

Quick fix a bug on v2.50. It will cause beeps when callers are leaving their message even ‘No beep call record’ is set to ‘Yes’.

Fix a bug on v2.50 and v2.51. This bug will cause you to import wrong contacts when there is a filter condition on phonebook.

Key Lock Clock is a free Clock application that is shown while the device’s key lock is on. The idea was inspired by the feature found from E71 & E66.

FolderPlay v1.1 for Nokia S60v3&S60v5

An audio application for Symbian OS, that gaplessly plays back a subset of thedirectory structure with orientation on lossless formats and supports the following audio file types: WAV, LPCM, FLAC, APE/MAC, AC3, MP3.

Intended for S60 3rd ed. FP1 or newer Symbian OS. Supports and shows WAV, LPCM (MPEG PS), FLAC, APE/MAC, AC3 (MPEG PS), MP3 (built in codec). Gaplessly plays back a chosen subset of the natural directory structure, with subfolders, ordered alphabeticaly. No playlists.

For gapless playback, the files in a play sequence must have the same sample rate and number of channels, but may be of different format. MP3 file will play gaplessly only after another MP3 one with the same parameters. AC3 playback is realtime on devices with FPU (such as N95, 5800, N97…) and uses the latest liba52. FLAC and Monkey’s audio use the latest official codecs; the latter must be of fast or normal compression level. In case the playback stops unexpectedly (as experienced with Monkey’s audio) use Pause-Resume combination. If an incompatible file is encountered in the play sequence, the playback will halt on this file on 3rd ed. FP1, due to a well-known bug on those phones (no workaround).

Pause-Resume combination should help. Red Button = send to background Green Button = pause/resume and stop (long press) On 5th. edition phones use toolbar instead. The in/out calls will get through, playback will be suspended till the end of the conversation.
